Service & Repairs

In many circumstances, the product that ECT Connect provides for sale to clients & customers we also provide the service, maintenance & repairs for as well. This includes telephone handsets, hands free speaker phones, portable telephones, conferencing units, conference phone, PABX telephone system, home office phones, hospitality phones, hotel guest room telephones & repairs.

In many cases we are also able to repair telephone products after the warranty period has expired. This is particularly the case in payphones & our own range of hospitality telephones phones & handsets. In the situation that we provide product & do not repair ourselves we work with associated organisations to facilitate repairs.

Service

Service calls on payphones are costed at a rate of $295.00 + materials + GST.

Service calls on telephone systems are costed at a rate of $275.00 + materials + GST for the first hour & $150.00 per hour + materials + GST for subsequent hours.

Repairs

In house repairs at our Repair Centre in Sydney to telephones, telephone systems & other products that we provide are costed at a rate of $150.00 per hour + materials + GST.

Quoting for repairs to products sent to our repair centre is generally not a chargeable item.
